Our Ladies only program offers cardio kick boxing, ultimate fitness conditioning, squat squad and boxing classes. In the cardio kick boxing class, students learn how to properly punch and kick besides being a great training session, it helps show the correct self-defense method the same time. The session also teaches you in partner drills with other members kicking and punching the pads in which your partner holds.. The class moves at a fast rate in order to ensure that you are losing a high number of calories while toning and strengthening your entire body. Like the cardio kick boxing class, the boxing class also works on the hitting the heavy bag. All of our teachers who lead the classes are also professional fighters and their coaching style is based on their own workout exercise for when they are training for a fight. The boxing and kickboxing concentrate on cardio and losing calories while our conditioning boot camp workout class and squat squad include more weights and strength training. The strength building training concentrates on using free weights, bar bells, sleds, agility ladders, etc. While building and toning muscle your body's stamina is also being built through these classes.

In the ladies only physical fitness program these classes mainly centers on full body works outs except the squat squad class. The session focuses on the leg muscles along with your butt. Squat Squad is a weight lifting class that helps tighten your butt and enhance your legs. Although the class moves at a slower speed it is still an extraordinary exercise. At WFC there is also co-ed MMA program classes available where you can really concentrate on learning self defense in our Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.
